About the role
- Make initial contact with leads generated by marketing
- Qualify potential clients following methodology and playbook
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team
- Execute follow-ups and ensure consistent progression through the sales funnel
- Log all interactions and update statuses in the CRM
- Use scripts and sales techniques to identify needs, budget, and buying timeframe
- Monitor metrics such as contact volume, scheduled meetings, and attendance rate
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and disciplined to follow processes
- Prior exposure to sales, customer service, or communications (formal experience not required)
- Basic spreadsheet knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
- Interest in marketing and paid traffic
- Knowledge of SPIN Selling or other sales methodologies
- Understanding of the sales funnel
