About the role

  • Build and sustain strong, collaborative relationships with our participating hospital, health plan, and health center partners.
  • Support participation agreement updates and in collaboration with the Reliance team identify opportunities to expand support services.
  • Guide new partners through participation process, ensuring a smooth and successful start as you hand them off to technical teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping partners understand and fully utilize Reliance’s infrastructure and connectivity services.
  • Drives revenue-generating activities, including contract renewals, service expansions, and new account onboarding to meet individual revenue and participation goals, which support organizational revenue and participation goals.
  • Conducts discovery and needs assessments with hospital and payer partners to identify opportunities for adoption and establishment of success criteria for use of Reliance services.
  • Leads implementation coordination for assigned accounts, ensuring timely integration of HIE services into clinical and operational workflows.
  • Maintains regular communication and reporting with stakeholders to monitor satisfaction, utilization, and ROI.
  • Prepares and delivers presentations, demonstrations, and business reviews to executive and clinical leadership teams.
  • Tracks adoption metrics, account health indicators, and provides leadership with accurate pipeline and revenue forecasts.
  • Represents Reliance at industry events, community engagements, and participating partner meetings, with a focus on business development and account growth.

Requirements

  • One to three years of related experience.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required for this role.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work independently.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Must be detail-oriented and set high standards for accuracy.
  • Must have demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills required.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all company information.
