About the role
- Identifying and building partnerships with a broad range of projects that accelerate Relay’s growth and go-to-market efforts.
- Generating leads, negotiating commercials, actively engaging in technical conversations.
- Driving new integrations and ensuring successful implementations with partners.
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in external facing roles, preferably in business development, growth, developer relations or ecosystem teams.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of blockchain, DeFi, and interoperability protocols.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
- Strong communication and organization skills, including pipeline, CRM and project management and proficiency across multiple communication channels.
- Strong analytical skills, including market research and business case modeling.
