Solutions Engineer

• Develop and deploy solutions with customers using RelationalAI native App features
• Engage customer stakeholders and domain experts to define and design production-ready demos and PoCs
• Lead technical workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and hands-on training for new and advanced users
• Mentor junior engineers on best practices for declarative modeling and in-database AI/ML
• Conduct solution architecture reviews and optimize application performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot and enhance customer applications in collaboration with RelationalAI Support and Engineering teams
• Drive technical sales discussions, articulating the architecture and competitive advantages of our platform
• Write clear application specifications, technical documentation, and level-of-effort estimates
• Identify technical risks and devise mitigation strategies; communicate status to internal and external executive stakeholders
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to influence roadmap priorities based on customer feedback and market trends
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve the overall quality and usability of the RelationalAI Platform
