About the role
- Achieve sales targets at the location
- Implement sales strategies and concepts at the location
- Analyze success factors and identify sales potential within the teams
- Collaborate with Workforce Management (WFM) and Quality teams to ensure operational sales processes
- Communicate product updates and promotion information; plan and execute incentives
Requirements
- Completed commercial/vocational training and several years of successful sales experience, ideally including experience in field/direct sales
- Empathetic, team-oriented, with strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Good analytical skills, self-initiative, and a structured approach to work
- Excellent German language skills, written and spoken (C1 level)
- Very confident in using common PC applications
