About the role

  • Achieve sales targets at the location
  • Implement sales strategies and concepts at the location

  • Collaborate with Workforce Management (WFM) and Quality teams to ensure operational sales processes
  • Communicate product updates and promotion information; plan and execute incentives

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/vocational training and several years of successful sales experience, ideally including experience in field/direct sales
  • Empathetic, team-oriented, with strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Good analytical skills, self-initiative, and a structured approach to work
  • Excellent German language skills, written and spoken (C1 level)
  • Very confident in using common PC applications
