About the role

  • You are responsible for achieving the site's sales targets
  • Implementing the sales strategy and concepts at the site is one of your strengths
  • Analyzing success factors comes naturally to you and you identify sales potential within individual teams
  • Collaborate with Workforce Management (WFM) and Quality to ensure and monitor operational sales processes
  • You communicate product changes and campaign information, plan incentives including performance measurement, and execute them

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., business apprenticeship) or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of successful sales experience, ideally with experience in direct sales
  • Empathetic, team-oriented, with strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Good analytical abilities, self-initiative, and a structured way of working
  • Very good German skills, written and spoken (C1 level)
  • Confident user of common PC applications
