About the role
- Lead the development, execution, and optimization of onboarding programs
- Define and manage KPIs to measure onboarding success
- Serve as the subject matter expert for onboarding processes
- Monitor and report onboarding metrics to evaluate program effectiveness
- Manage the global acceptance gifts program (e.g., new hire swag)
- Manage communications for pre-hires and new hires post-offer acceptance
- Oversee onboarding-related communications for managers and buddy programs
- Support HR4U Transformational Programs as needed
- Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements
- Develop or review training materials and advocate for process and tool adoption
- Provide ongoing feedback and support to ensure project deliverables meet expectations
- Transition project work to BAU upon project completion
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- minimum of 7-9 years of progressive experience in HR, Business Operations or related
- HR Certifications are preferred
- Strong analytical skills to monitor metrics, evaluate program effectiveness, and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Expertise in HR technology platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage vendor relationships, including selection, contracting, budgeting, and monitoring industry trends
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- High level of adaptability and resilience in managing complex, global projects
- Passion for creating exceptional employee experiences and fostering organizational growth
