About the role

  • Contribute to and Execute Business Development Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of the BD strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets across key markets
  • Client Acquisition: Identify, engage and secure new clients through consultative selling focusing on mid-size and enterprise organizations
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and product demos tailored to client requirement and pain points
  • Market Research & Lead Generation: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends and potential clients within target industries
  • Partner closely with the marketing team to manage and nurture leads generated through them
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools ensuring timely follow up, nurturing and conversion of leads
  • Contract Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations with potential clients, ensuring terms are favorable for all stakeholders resulting in closing deals
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, customer success and regulatory content team to ensure alignment between client needs and RegASK’s solutions
  • Work with presales team to develop proposals to be sent to clients
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status and business development activities providing regular updates to senior management, using CRM tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor or equivalent degree required
  • At least 5 years of business development or sales experience in the Consumer Health or Life Sciences industries with specific experience in selling SaaS
  • Experience selling to senior decision makers in enterprises
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Data driven approach to decision making and strategy development
  • Experience with building relationships with stakeholders at different levels
  • Ability to engage with and persuade decision makers including C-suite executives
  • Strong negotiation and deal closing abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Proficient in Salesforce etc
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic start up environment
  • Ability to work cross functionally with marketing, product and customer success team on a multi-cultural global basis
  • Background in SaaS, particularly in LegalTech, RegTech, or similar industries, will be considered an advantage.
