About the role
- Define the product vision, strategy and objectives, setting a clear direction, goals and priorities aligned with business needs and identified market opportunities.
- Conduct continuous discovery to deeply understand users’ and customers’ problems, needs and behaviors, using interviews, data analysis, validations and benchmarking to support decisions.
- Turn problems and opportunities into clear, prioritized solutions, articulating hypotheses, requirements and value criteria that guide development objectively.
- Manage the product roadmap realistically and in alignment with stakeholders, prioritizing requests based on impact, risk, effort and value, negotiating scope and revising priorities according to engineering delivery capacity.
- Coordinate the work of multidisciplinary squads, ensuring alignment, clarity and efficiency among Engineering, UX, QA and Platform, participating in required rituals, clarifying requirements and reducing dependencies.
- Track metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of deliveries, analyzing usage data and real outcomes, adjusting strategies and prioritization based on evidence and performance.
- Lead launches of new features and product evolutions, planning internal and external communication, preparing materials and ensuring sales, support and customers understand the value and operation of what was delivered.
- Ensure consistency and quality of the user experience across the product, working with UX and engineering to validate prototypes, review flows, test journeys and ensure coherence across modules.
- Act as the product’s liaison with executive leadership and other areas of the company, reporting progress, risks, results and needs, ensuring strategic alignment and facilitating decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Systems Analysis, Computer Science or related fields such as Product Design or similar. Postgraduate studies, MBA or certifications in Product, UX or Digital Product Management are desirable but not mandatory.
- Digital Product Management: Proven experience in managing digital products, including defining vision, strategy, roadmap and feature prioritization in SaaS environments or complex platforms.
- Continuous Discovery and Validation Methods: Strong knowledge of discovery techniques, user interviews, hypothesis testing, journey mapping and methodologies such as Lean Product, Dual-Track, Design Thinking and Jobs-to-be-Done.
- Metrics and Data Analysis: Mastery of product metrics (KPIs, North Star, AARRR, adoption, engagement, retention), experience with analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Power BI) and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Product and Collaboration Tools: Proficiency with tools such as Jira/YouTrack, Figma, Confluence, Miro and other platforms used for planning, documentation and prototyping.
- Go-to-Market Experience: Knowledge of feature launch practices, internal and external communication, and alignment with support, sales and stakeholders to ensure effective adoption.
- Desired Certifications: Certifications such as CSPO, PM3, Product School, AIPMM or similar are considered a plus but not required.
- Advanced English.
