About the role
- Maintenance, development and administration of our e-learning tools (including reporting tools)
- Preparation of meaningful analyses and reports on our initiatives and projects
- Scheduling appointments for the Talent Development team and preparing documentation
- Creation of presentations and communication materials in MS Office
- Coordination and support for activities and events such as apprenticeship programs, Diversity Days, and other internal events
- Organization of promotional and informational materials for the department
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in HR, business administration, education/pedagogy, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, initial professional experience in HR—e.g., in talent development, project management, or event management
- Experience with HR tools, learning platforms, and reporting systems is a plus
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Strong communication skills and openness to new ideas and change
