• Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to align on a unified global engineering strategy.
• Lead the Facility Engineering Program with annual capital budgets exceeding $50M.
• Govern project execution through the implementation of standardized PMO methodologies and processes.
• Align engineering projects and facility designs with global and regional compliance requirements.
• Manage internal and external resources for material handling design, systems design, building construction, and implementation.
