About the role

  • Order management in SAP: ensuring, processing and managing incoming customer orders
  • Quality checks: monitoring delivery dates, item numbers, EANs and minimum quantities in close coordination with our customers
  • Proactive communication: supporting customers during supply shortages and new product launches
  • Complaint handling: verifying quantity and price discrepancies and processing claims in SAP
  • Data maintenance: recording reimbursements and managing customer enquiries
  • Process optimization: contributing to improvements with KPIs in mind
  • Teamwork: close collaboration with internal departments and active development of customer relationships

Requirements

  • Currently studying business, logistics, supply chain management or a related field
  • Interest in processes, data and customer communication
  • Confident user of MS Office; initial SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Self-starter with strong organisational skills and a team player attitude
  • Fluent in German and English
