About the role
- Order management in SAP: ensuring, processing and managing incoming customer orders
- Quality checks: monitoring delivery dates, item numbers, EANs and minimum quantities in close coordination with our customers
- Proactive communication: supporting customers during supply shortages and new product launches
- Complaint handling: verifying quantity and price discrepancies and processing claims in SAP
- Data maintenance: recording reimbursements and managing customer enquiries
- Process optimization: contributing to improvements with KPIs in mind
- Teamwork: close collaboration with internal departments and active development of customer relationships
Requirements
- Currently studying business, logistics, supply chain management or a related field
- Interest in processes, data and customer communication
- Confident user of MS Office; initial SAP knowledge is a plus
- Self-starter with strong organisational skills and a team player attitude
- Fluent in German and English
