About the role
- Deliver top-quality support across the full Hire to Retire (H2R) employee journey
- Provide HR support via Service Now by managing employee queries
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal teams to respond to employee requests
- Prioritize cases and ensure timely follow-ups
Requirements
- Working proficiency in German or French, and Polish
- Strong organizational skills
- Previous corporate experience, preferably in HR related field (min. 1 year)
- Willingness to learn best practices in a Shared Services environment
- A sharp eye for detail
