About the role

  • Define value targets and value drivers for portfolio companies
  • Validate and refine the strategic planning of the businesses
  • Assess synergies across the group's portfolio
  • Define the capital allocation strategy among businesses
  • Consolidate portfolio companies' KPIs and other relevant information
  • Maintain and improve business and back-office processes
  • Evaluate new business opportunities (M&A)

Requirements

  • FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)
  • Financial modeling for multi-sector businesses
  • Experience in merger and acquisition processes (M&A)
  • Experience in digital businesses (preferred)
  • Define and monitor operational and financial KPIs/metrics
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
