About the role

  • Collaborate with product managers to shape the product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities.
  • Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver product solutions.
  • Use data, research, and customer feedback to inform prioritization and drive product decisions.
  • Optimize the user journey, conversion funnels, and overall platform experience.
  • Implement best practices in product operations, agile development, and performance tracking.
  • Design high-fidelity, modern UI for web and mobile interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable design system and component library.
  • Build production-ready UI components (React or similar) in collaboration with engineering.
  • Ensure responsive design, performance, accessibility, and consistency throughout the platform.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of UX/UI experience in SaaS or marketplace products.
  • Strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX work and developed UI components.
  • Experience with front-end UI development (React preferred).
  • Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction patterns, information architecture, and usability.
  • Strong background in SaaS or marketplace products with measurable success.
  • Proven experience driving product strategy and executing on high-impact roadmaps.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to growth, funnels, and performance.
  • Strong communicator and team builder with cross-functional leadership experience.
  • Experience leading remote or distributed teams a plus.
