About the role
- Execute cold calling campaigns to business owners using provided scripts and protocols for 10-20 hours per week (180 – 500 calls)
- Accurately record all call outcomes and conversations in the tracking system
- Schedule and manage appointments between prospects and the advisory team
- Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions and follow-up requirements
- Handle initial qualification of business owners using structured questionnaire
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour throughout all interactions
- Meet weekly targets for calls made and appointments set
