Business Development Rep

• Execute cold calling campaigns to business owners using provided scripts and protocols for 10-20 hours per week (180 – 500 calls)
• Accurately record all call outcomes and conversations in the tracking system
• Schedule and manage appointments between prospects and the advisory team
• Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions and follow-up requirements
• Handle initial qualification of business owners using structured questionnaire
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour throughout all interactions
• Meet weekly targets for calls made and appointments set
