About the role

  • You are responsible for driving total revenue and market share growth across your assigned existing and new client portfolio.
  • You manage our entire hotel portfolio across brands with a focus on the Hamburg and Hanover markets, including sales for Radisson Blu Hanover.
  • You develop a consultative sales approach to maximize business opportunities.
  • Through ongoing market analysis you identify new business contacts, develop them, and deepen relationships with existing clients.
  • You create a strategic account plan for every key and prospect account.
  • Through proactive communication you strengthen collaboration within global account teams.
  • You produce reports and use relevant systems to analyze data and create action plans.

Requirements

  • Ideally a university degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales within the hotel industry.
  • Knowledge of revenue and yield management.
  • Experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
  • You speak German and English.
  • You can quickly familiarize yourself with various IT systems.
  • You are solution-oriented and embrace challenges.
  • You have an open, positive personality and are passionate about making a positive impact on others.
