About the role
- Preparation and drafting of tax opinions
- Support for acquisition and divestiture structuring as well as contract negotiations
- Assistance with (structuring) projects in domestic and international tax law, and support in conducting tax due diligences
- Participation in national and international reorganizations, conversions, joint ventures, etc.
- Independent literature research on specific tax topics
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program with a focus on business administration or law, ideally with a specialization or emphasis in tax
- Strong interest in analyzing value creation and financial metrics of multinational companies
- Confident demeanor, service orientation, and good IT skills
- High self-motivation and the ability to independently acquire and apply knowledge
