About the role

  • Build deep, trust-based relationships with our customers by understanding their business goals and operational workflows.
  • Lead the design and integration of the Quvia platform into customer environments, ensuring our solutions are both technically sound and aligned with their business objectives.
  • Showcase the power of Quvia through compelling technical workshops, whitepapers, demos, and proof-of-concept projects that solve real-world problems.
  • Work in close partnership with our Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to translate customer needs into successful deployments and long-term value.
  • Represent Quvia as a thought leader at industry conferences and events through speaking engagements and published content.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Sales Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, firewalls), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and edge computing.
  • Expertise in NAS/SAN concepts and protocols (NFS, SMB).
  • Proficiency in Linux (RedHat/CentOS, Ubuntu) and Windows Server administration, including file system permissions and mount points.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
  • An exceptional ability to explain complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to creative problem-solving.
  • Previous experience with enterprise SaaS, cloud, analytics, or data platform solutions is a strong plus.
