About the role
- Support QVC and HSN in the direction, development, and production of content across platforms
- Ensure content produced reflects a unified creative vision and branding
- Oversee all non-live content across all platforms, ensuring cohesive brand expression
- Lead QVC Group's content strategy across marketing channels with a focus on social-first content
- Oversee end-to-end creative development from concept through execution
- Manage and mentor creative team members, building a culture of creativity and accountability
- Analyze creative performance, test new ideas and improve content effectiveness
- Translate complex industry topics into engaging concepts and storytelling
- Champion operational excellence by building streamlined production processes
Requirements
- 8+ years of leadership experience in video production, brand management, or content strategy roles
- Experience leading creative teams and developing content that drives measurable growth
- Proven track record of producing high-impact campaigns and leading complex creative projects across digital and traditional channels
- Hands-on experience managing end-to-end photo and video production and providing art direction across multiple mediums
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and creative strategy skills
- Strong understanding of content performance metrics and how to use data to inform creative decisions
- Experience implementing AI solutions in content workflows and creating automated systems that increase efficiency
- Familiarity working within project management tools such as AirTable and Adobe Creative Suite
