About the role
- integrated into our Digital Store environment over the 12-month Graduate Scheme
- rotated to experience our Digital Store teams in Home, Fashion or Beauty
- learning about live social shopping and digital marketing
- reporting to the Digital Store Manager
- supported by Merchandise Training Specialist and a buddy during your year
Requirements
- obtained (in the last two years) or in the final year of your degree
- work experience whether through placements, internships, or university
- trend aware
- passionate about products and working in a retail head office
- self-motivated and flexible approach to learning
- confidence to communicate with your team and the wider business
- ability to think entrepreneurially and get involved in new projects
- good PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
