About the role
- Manage a team responsible for ongoing facility maintenance and conveyors for the fulfillment center
- Work onsite in Ontario, CA
- Responsibilities include building operations and maintenance, uniformed security, dining services, housekeeping, office services, and employee store operations
- Direct the outsource relationship with vendors for dining services and housekeeping
- Maintain relationships with property management liaisons
- Plan and communicate major building projects
- Responsible for financial budgets using forecasting tools
- Ensure that all systems (electrical, mechanical and plumbing) perform at optimal levels following the law
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years' experience leading a facilities or maintenance team in a large-scale manufacturing or distribution environment
- Develop working knowledge of all areas of the organization
- Experience leading building operations and services
- Experience making decisions concerning the operation of facilities, the design implementation and operation of critical systems, and capital/expense management
