• Responsibility for the operation, maintenance, development and optimization of the existing Microsoft Cloud infrastructure (Azure)
• Management of IT infrastructure and influence on overall solutions
• Advising project stakeholders and translating business requirements into cloud and hybrid solutions
• Implementing the associated IT architecture and cloud resources
• Designing governance and monitoring solutions; data storage and infrastructure solutions; identity solutions; and business continuity solutions
• Providing user support for hardware and software environments (business applications and M365 components)
• Installing, configuring and maintaining hardware and software components and delivering sustainable problem resolution
• Managing users in Azure Active Directory (AAD/Entra) and endpoints in Endpoint Manager
• Co-designing and implementing IT service processes
