About the role

  • Work closely with senior leaders to measure customer health, manage relationships, and contribute to revenue growth
  • Build and maintain instructor relationships with regular check-ins during active semesters and post-semester success reviews
  • Manage multi-semester instructor retention, satisfaction, and proactive support for course preparation and execution
  • Develop campus relationships with department heads and identify new instructor prospects within existing universities
  • Expand QuantHub usage across departments (business, statistics, analytics) and align with academic calendars and semester planning
  • Conduct on-campus visits, department presentations, and instructor networking events; represent QuantHub at academic conferences
  • Manage customer advocacy and reference programs; document success stories and develop case studies
  • Oversee multi-course instructor portfolios and execute department-level expansion planning
  • Track success metrics including multi-semester retention, department expansion, instructor satisfaction, new instructor acquisition, and event engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field
  • 3+ years customer success or account management experience
  • Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and account planning
  • Willingness to travel for on-campus visits (25-30%)
  • Higher education or EdTech industry experience (preferred)
  • Understanding of academic calendars and university operations (preferred)
  • Event planning and marketing experience (preferred)
  • Previous territory management experience (preferred)
