About the role
- Work closely with senior leaders to measure customer health, manage relationships, and contribute to revenue growth
- Build and maintain instructor relationships with regular check-ins during active semesters and post-semester success reviews
- Manage multi-semester instructor retention, satisfaction, and proactive support for course preparation and execution
- Develop campus relationships with department heads and identify new instructor prospects within existing universities
- Expand QuantHub usage across departments (business, statistics, analytics) and align with academic calendars and semester planning
- Conduct on-campus visits, department presentations, and instructor networking events; represent QuantHub at academic conferences
- Manage customer advocacy and reference programs; document success stories and develop case studies
- Oversee multi-course instructor portfolios and execute department-level expansion planning
- Track success metrics including multi-semester retention, department expansion, instructor satisfaction, new instructor acquisition, and event engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or related field
- 3+ years customer success or account management experience
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM systems and account planning
- Willingness to travel for on-campus visits (25-30%)
- Higher education or EdTech industry experience (preferred)
- Understanding of academic calendars and university operations (preferred)
- Event planning and marketing experience (preferred)
- Previous territory management experience (preferred)
