About the role

  • Lead a team of project managers and warehouse operations staff
  • Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and warehousing best practices
  • Work with your team to analyze and continuously improve supply chain workflows and warehouse processes
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers
  • Oversee the movement of goods through the supply chain
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain and warehouse operations
  • Ensure all supply chain and logistics activities comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies
  • Develop and manage the budget for supply chain and logistics operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, and warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams
  • Proven experience leading teams of project managers, warehouse staff, or cross-functional teams to successfully complete complex projects and achieve operational goals
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and data analysis tools
  • In-depth understanding of inventory management, logistics, transportation, and warehouse optimization techniques
