About the role
- Ensure the Apopka site operates safely, reliably, and cost-effectively
- Manage building infrastructure, utilities, and site services
- Drive compliance and lead projects that enhance operational efficiency and sustainability
- Provide leadership to a team of technicians and manage security operations
- Oversee financials for the site, including chargebacks to tenants
- Maintain HVAC/chiller systems and other critical utility systems
- Develop preventive maintenance programs, ensuring asset reliability
- Ensure adherence to OSHA and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with Corporate Site Services teams for energy reduction and sustainability projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in facilities operations and maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or semiconductor environments
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/chiller systems, electrical distribution, and building codes
- Proficiency with CMMS, project management, and budgeting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with energy management, water treatment, and reliability engineering (preferred)
- Familiarity with Florida-specific compliance and hurricane readiness (preferred)
