About the role
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing large datasets from various sources
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Support the development and validation of predictive models and machine learning algorithms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights
- Create clear visualizations and reports to communicate findings effectively
- Document methodologies and maintain data pipelines and workflows
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Analytics or a related field
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R
- Prior experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBi, DataBricks, Spotfire) is a plus
- Familiarity with data analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)
- Understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
