About the role
- Lead in process setup and maintenance of subcon import/export of materials, equipment, tools and other production related item
- Provide & drive solutions for materials & equipment inbound/outbound of Vietnam to support production and business needs
- Manage subcon daily logistics incoming & outgoing shipment and ensure on time delivery of all shipment to internal and external customers
- Setup and maintenance of subcon warehousing process & requirement including the handling of inventory process flow, transactions and accuracy
- Set up and manage B2B system interface & hardware at Subcon and ensure timely data entry and accuracy
- Ensure compliance to internal and external inventory audits and country custom regulations
- Conduct inventory cycle counting monthly/ quarterly
- Lead in assigned projects with cross functional team to improve processes and productivity
- Support cost savings projects with lowest cost transportation
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Logistic and supply chain management or equivalent qualifications with 8 years logistics and or warehouse experience in international/semiconductor industries
- Good knowledge and experience in Vietnam import/export and regulation
- Strong analytical skills, process oriented
- Knowledge of SAP system preferred
- Fluent in spoken & written English
- Independent with minimum supervision & self-driven
- Candidate must be willing to work in Bac Ninh area
