Payroll

• Review and correct discrepancies in work schedules, shift differentials, and time off accruals
• Ensure data accuracy for new hires, terminations, tax changes, deductions, direct deposits, and wage garnishments
• Interpret, set up, and process all wage assignments accurately
• Prepare, validate, and reconcile Excel uploads for special payments and reportable items
• Process payrolls via Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) for multiple pay groups and FEINS
• Investigate and resolve payroll processing issues
• Maintain required documentation for audit and SOX purposes
• Provide records and documentation to internal auditors
• Demonstrate understanding of compliance and ethics program policies and maintain appropriate confidentiality
• Complete mandatory compliance, HIPAA, and state and federal regulatory training
