Account Executive

• You will be part of our five-person team and serve as the primary contact for our major client DKB
• Provide telephone and written advice and handle, answer and coordinate all inquiries related to qards' service scope
• Analyze (new) requirements from our client and align with the relevant internal departments
• Prepare proposals, decision papers and contract amendments in close cooperation with the business units and the legal department
• Moderate client meetings and workshops
• Develop and implement new processes and identify improvement potential in existing workflows
• Participate in cross-departmental projects
