Events

• Lead the planning, coordination, and end to end delivery of learning events, ensuring consistency and excellence in learner experience.
• Manage events for strategic programs (key talent development, graduate onboarding, in-geo capability uplift, leadership journeys).
• Work closely with the Senior Manager and team to streamline operations and reduce duplication across the function.
• Oversee operational delivery across formats (in-person, virtual, hybrid), including site visits to ensure learning experience objectives are met.
• Partner with the Program & Projects Manager to understand the pipeline of work and scope when event support is required.
• Own logistics: venue sourcing, supplier coordination, scheduling, catering, room setup, AV requirements, and digital platforms.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution; troubleshoot issues in real time with contingency plans.
• Maintain a centralised calendar of learning events; support scheduling of facilitators, venues, and resources.
• Align event planning with program timelines, business priorities, and budget; manage the events budget with the relevant CoE lead.
• Partner with Learning Leads, CoE teams, facilitators, and stakeholders to define and meet event requirements; communicate effectively with participants.
• Represent the event function in planning meetings and feedback sessions.
• Collect and analyse participant feedback; contribute to post event reviews; share lessons learned; support innovation in formats, tools, and engagement.
• Manage and coach one direct report responsible for event coordination; foster a culture of excellence, responsiveness, and continuous improvement.
