About the role
- serve as a senior leader within our Provider Business Operations team, driving large-scale, tech-enabled transformation programs for healthcare providers
- focus on creating meaningful impact for national and regional health systems by advising them on how to leverage technology and operational excellence to achieve strategic goals, including growth and scale, post-merger integration, cost reduction, and the industrialization of differentiated offerings and services
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 10 years of consulting and/or healthcare provider industry experience, including 5 years leading significant components of large, complex business- and technology-enabled transformation programs
- Master's Degree preferred
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary transformation work
- Owning components of pursuit strategy and proposal development
- Familiarity with automation and AI-enabled approaches
- Shaping program strategies across operational domains
- Demonstrating understanding of healthcare provider operations
- Influencing diverse stakeholders to drive alignment
- Driving business development and enhancing competitive positioning
- Proficient experience with enabling platforms (Oracle, Workday, UKG) and analytics or automation capabilities that support provider transformation
- Possessing proven stakeholder management, meeting facilitation and multi-level communication skills to drive collaboration and alignment across the organization
