About the role

  • Serve as a key member of our global 24/7 operating team
  • Support the institutional clients with user additions and modifications
  • Utilize Salesforce to receive cases requiring action
  • Utilize JIRA to facilitate approval

Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years in handling operational workflows
  • Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce case management
  • Strong communication skills
