About the role
- Serve as a key member of our global 24/7 operating team
- Support the institutional clients with user additions and modifications
- Utilize Salesforce to receive cases requiring action
- Utilize JIRA to facilitate approval
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 4+ years in handling operational workflows
- Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce case management
- Strong communication skills
