About the role
- Contributing to the optimisation of various payroll and social security compliance processes.
- Being responsible for the proper organization and a smooth operation of the payroll administration and will assist in implementing strategic social security advice in an international employment context.
- Acting as the point of contact for our clients regarding payroll services. You will answer questions, solve problems and give advice while guiding and informing employers on their obligations when employing personnel in Belgium.
- Playing an active role in building a team and picking up responsibilities towards clients.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in payroll
- Bachelor in accounting, taxation, legal, social work, human resources
- Payroll systems have no secret for you and you are passionate about payroll
- Fluent in English, as well as in French or Dutch
- The ability to work in team-based environments
- Attention to detail and a willingness to take ownership over assigned tasks
