About the role

  • Lead and manage delivery of IAM/PAM/CIAM projects for clients across Poland, CEE and EMEA
  • Design and implement identity security solutions using technologies such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Delinea , Microsoft, ForgeRock, Ping, Okta
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and prepare implementation materials
  • Oversee technical and delivery aspects of multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, and customer service
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of hands-on experience in IAM/PAM/CIAM implementation and support
  • Strong knowledge of identity-related processes: onboarding, authentication, authorization, offboarding, consent management
  • Practical skills in installing, upgrading, configuring and troubleshooting IAM/PAM/CIAM solutions
  • Experience in managing small to medium-sized technical teams
  • Good understanding of DevOps principles
  • Excellent command of English
