About the role
- Support PEX value stream lead to facilitate discussions with stakeholders
- Support PEX value stream lead to execute cross-functional workshops
- Develop detailed process documentation
- Facilitate coordination across multiple value streams
- Consolidate and organize outputs from workshops
- Prepare executive-facing materials and updates
- Contribute to Process Excellence Playbook refinement
- Share best practices and onboard network teams
Requirements
- Strong coordination and detail-oriented project management skills
- Understand end-to-end process thinking
- Results oriented mindset with exceptional data analytics skills
- Ability to synthesize information and communicate clearly
- Can navigate competing priorities while maintaining momentum and clarity
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Preferred qualifications: Experience in process excellence, continuous improvement, data/financial analytics, six sigma or related fields
