About the role
- Understand client briefs and conduct initial research into new industries, companies and business topics
- Source experts globally using proSapient's AI-driven platform and professional networking sites
- Reach out to experts via calls, emails and messaging; engage and vet candidates for suitability
- Project management: work closely with the team to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations
- Apply communication, sales, negotiation and project management skills after an intensive training period
- Occasionally work extra hours to meet client needs; contribute to team targets and performance
Requirements
- German speaking (role title: German Speaking)
- The drive to meet and exceed personal targets; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A client-focused mindset, committed to surpassing client expectations and delivering value through speed, quality and excellent service
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English at C1 level
- A curious nature, enjoying learning about various industries and developing new skills
- Enjoy working in a team and collaborating with others to achieve success
