About the role
- Serve as the primary liaison between the local market and designated suppliers
- Lead a team in generating supplier program activations
- Develop strategic direction for subordinates to meet volume and value targets
- Maintain communication between Division field sales team and supplier marketing
- Implement and drive company-wide sales strategies
- Plan, execute and evaluate sales, promotion, and marketing programs
- Manage purchasing and supplier shipments for assigned portfolios
- Ensure brand pricing and gross profit aligns with strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Seven years of relevant experience
- Able to obtain and meet industry licensing requirements
- Must possess a valid driver license and secure and maintain auto-liability insurance
- Physical demands may include sitting and typing for a considerable time, driving, lifting up to 56lbs
