About the role
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs that span multiple teams and departments.
- Define program scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and status reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Coordinate resources and manage budgets to ensure efficient program execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for program communication, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective decision-making by providing clear, data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement in program management processes, tools, and best practices.
- Foster strong collaboration across cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, operations, and business functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.)
- Proven experience (5+ years) in program or project management, preferably in a fast-paced or cross-functional environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt to changing demands.
- Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar).
