About the role
- The supply chain specialist works as part of the supply chain team and is responsible for the administration and maintenance of Supply Chain processes and systems
- Collaborates with the Value Analysis Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Senior Buyers, and Contract Administrator on all aspects of this role
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in a related field
- Will consider experience and education in lieu of a degree
- At least 4 years of materials management experience
- Must be able to interpret verbal and written information and instructions
- Ability to learn and comprehend basic contract language and legal issues of procurement
- Ability to formulate calculations and analyze results
