Chief of Staff

• Run the operating system for the Digital Experience (DX) business – own the day-to-day cadence (staff meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, goal setting, planning cycles, offsites)
• Have a view of the entire business and how it is run
• Drive execution and accountability – track decisions, follow up on action items, and ensure priorities move forward
• Build executive communications – based on predefined requirements, develop decks and materials for Quarterly Business Reviews, Sales Kickoffs, and All-Hands meetings; summarize key business updates
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives – connect Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to deliver high-impact outcomes
• Streamline operations – improve processes, meeting quality, and decision-making efficiency
• Manage data and insights – work with Finance and Business Intelligence to maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting packs
• Partner with the Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant – align leadership time and communication with top business priorities
