About the role
- Expand and further develop our HR controlling using KPIs, and support payroll accounting with complex issues
- Support HR leadership in all labor law and works council-related matters
- Trusted point of contact for managers and executive leadership on all HR-related issues
- Develop, implement and expand HR-strategic projects
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree, ideally with a focus on HR management
- Solid experience (5+ years) in a generalist HR role, ideally in a medium-sized company
- Strong numerical affinity and relevant experience in personnel controlling and payroll
- Good knowledge of labor law and works council law is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and experience in confidently conducting sensitive HR conversations
- Strong analytical thinking and a confident presence
- Independent, structured working style, persuasiveness and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
