• Provides day-to-day supervision of department staff, including training and development
• Works with Supply Chain staff to implement a system-wide inventory strategy
• Coordinates physical inventory and cycle counts as needed
• Leads the conversion process, ensuring a smooth implementation process
• Utilizes standardized system-wide dashboard analytics to track inventory levels
• Conducts regular meetings and rounds with clinical representatives
