About the role
- Cold-calling and phone acquisition of new customers and first contact with interested parties
- Responsible for conducting initial conversations to assess potential
- Managing existing leads and possible sales opportunities (follow-ups)
- Planning as well as preparation and follow-up of potential analyses
- Maintaining the CRM system (Salesforce)
Requirements
- Experience in telesales (also suitable for career changers)
- Confident presence, eloquence and strong communication skills
- A passion for sales and customer acquisition
- Excellent German language skills (English is a plus)
- Quick comprehension and the discipline to follow processes
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection
- Confident use of Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and initial experience with CRM systems
