About the role

  • Cold-calling and phone acquisition of new customers and first contact with interested parties
  • Responsible for conducting initial conversations to assess potential
  • Managing existing leads and possible sales opportunities (follow-ups)
  • Planning as well as preparation and follow-up of potential analyses
  • Maintaining the CRM system (Salesforce)

Requirements

  • Experience in telesales (also suitable for career changers)
  • Confident presence, eloquence and strong communication skills
  • A passion for sales and customer acquisition
  • Excellent German language skills (English is a plus)
  • Quick comprehension and the discipline to follow processes
  • Resilience and the ability to handle rejection
  • Confident use of Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and initial experience with CRM systems
