About the role
- Develop wellbeing initiatives and competency-building programs;
- Understand the business's challenges and priorities to design a people plan aligned with strategic objectives;
- Design and lead High-Potential and leadership development programs;
- Reinforce company values and strengthen the organizational climate;
- Promote team motivation and engagement;
- Propose initiatives to reduce turnover;
- Prepare, analyze, and monitor HR metrics, recommending action plans;
- Support managers in analyzing and executing People KPIs;
- Propose and track internal movements: promotions, reclassifications, replacements, etc.;
- Participate in internal and external recruitment processes;
- Advise managers and employees on experience assessments, performance reviews and Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and follow up on one-on-one meetings;
- Act as a partner to specialist areas to disseminate processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed)
- Experience as an HR Generalist or in Human and Organizational Development (DHO)
- Experience with Training & Development methods and tools
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Human and Organizational Development projects and processes
- Familiarity with performance management tools, gamification, and development/training paths
