Solutions Engineer

• Build and configure world class reporting dashboards and visualizations on PG Forsta’s Human Experience (HX) platform
• Integrate data from multiple sources to create a cohesive view of the customer journey
• Use data visualization and graphic design to tell a story
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Delivery and SMEs to understand user needs and develop reporting views
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for dashboards
• Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) checks on all builds
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on using and interpreting dashboards
