About the role
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls from individual customers nationwide regarding vehicle transportation services.
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout the customer journey — from initial inquiry, quoting a price to booking car delivery.
- Generate quotes, present pricing options, and close sales while delivering excellent service and building trust.
- Proactively work with Customer Support by collaborating on shipment status, handling changes, and addressing any service concerns.
- Educate customers on service options, delivery timelines, insurance, and company policies to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and orders in the CargoTel system.
- Collaborate closely with the operations and dispatch teams to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, conversion goals, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2C account management, inside sales, or high-volume customer service (preferably in transportation, logistics, or related industries).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in an inbound sales environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and call management tools.
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
