QA Engineer

• Responsible for testing products and features developed in-house and by third party vendors.
• Identifies bugs, deviations from the product definition, and confusing user interface features.
• Records bugs and concerns with a detailed description to help track down the source of the bug and give detailed instructions for duplicating the bug.
• Interacts with other individuals to give them operational and technical support.
• Provides operational and technical support to field staff.
• Documents issues that field staff have with products for consideration in future product enhancements.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
