About the role
- Audit outgoing shipments per schedule to verify conformance to customer requirements
- Investigate and answer corrective actions for customer quality issues
- Evaluate customer returns and control of non-conforming material
- Participate in internal and external quality audits
- Maintain and update MITS work instructions
- Conduct customer specific requirement audits
- Assure adherence to quality standards defined in the Corporate Quality Policy Manual
- Take customer calls and investigate issues or report to responsible parties
- Maintain measurement and test equipment calibration system
- Conduct statistical analysis including capability studies and gage R&R
- Assist in preparing PPAPs for customer parts
- Other duties as needed to support quality
Requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail skills
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
