• The Enterprise Applications team is seeking an experienced Associate Salesforce Solution Architect with outstanding business acumen and extensive Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud and Service Cloud expertise to join our team.
• Lead solution design, mentor junior team members, and serve as the primary technical liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Work closely and collaboratively with business stakeholders and analysts to understand business requirements.
• Lead the design and architecture of complex Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop comprehensive solution architecture documentation, including technical specifications, integration patterns, and deployment strategies.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to developers, and quality assurance engineers.
• Conduct technical reviews and provide architectural oversight for multiple concurrent projects and initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend third-party applications, integrations, and platform extensions to enhance business capabilities.
• Lead technical discovery sessions and requirements gathering workshops with business users and stakeholders.
